A P Postpones Helmet Rule to January 1, 2016. Abolish Helmet Rule in India?

The government of Andhra Pradesh has once again extended the date to implement the rule to compulsorily wear head gear for two wheeler drivers from 1st November, 2015 to 1st January, 2016 following public uproar within just hours of its implementation on November 1st...! Earlier the government had proposed the date of implementation a couple of times as per the court's order which is prevailing and postponed it following people's public opinion.

Helmets are suggested to be worn while driving any two-Wheeler like motor cycles and scooters as they may protect the head from injuries in the unfortunate event of meeting with an accident. In some cases it was established also. Hence in the Indian Motor Vehicles Act (section 127 read with 177) though this law is mentioned, it is commonly and comfortably defied by the motor vehicle riders.

There are different views and opinions among the people with regard to 'wearing helmets' while driving two-wheeler vehicles in India. While some people welcome this rule as a means to protect one's head in accidents, many others are against this and want the rule to be banned. Their point of view is that wearing helmets and its benefits are purely personal and it does not affect another person's safety in any way. And as long as a thing affects one's self, it cannot be made as a law but can be left as a matter of personal freedom by issuing a 'statutory warning'. They also put some other examples to strengthen their argument. Smoking tobacco and drinking liquor is injurious to one's health.  It is a proven and widely accepted fact. But these very dangerous things are not banned but 'only warnings' are issued on the packets and bottles for individual discernment. They say, after all 'rules are for men'.

So according to the popular opinion, people want the decision to 'wear helmets' optional and purely personal. Many people complain of hearing loss and discomfort while driving with a head gear. Some others ask "what is the use of having a safe head with a completely damaged body"? In the event of an accident, if a person's body is completely injured and he/she becomes paralyzed, will there be any use if his head is left with less damage and some sensation..?

Whether it is useful for the public or not, helmet rule will surely help the helmet manufacturing companies (who allegedly pay handsome bribe to concerned ministers and politicians) and the traffic police personal who show more interest only for 'vehicle checking' rather than traffic regulations to collect huge money from the motor cyclists..!

Best/Top Junior College for Intermediate in Kakinada: Akhil

Kakinada being the head quarters of East Godavari District has a number of junior colleges like most places in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana states. Unlike other states in India, about 60 percent of the +1 and +2 students are enrolled with a few junior (intermediate) corporate colleges who are billionaires and are capable to dictate and manage even the 'State Board of Intermediate Education'.

While most of the ordinary people get attracted to these corporate colleges seeing their results (often obtained with their money power and political influence and giving highly stressful education to the selected bright students for ranks), there are a reasonable number of parents and guardians who search for a medium range college with good standards and proper care for their children and wards.

As far as Kakinada is concerned there is one Junior college by name 'Akhil Junior College' (earlier known as 'Ever on Toppers') situated near Mother Teresa statue junction in Santhi Nagar of Kakinada, which is imparting quality education in a stress-free atmosphere to the students since its inception in 2013.

I Babu Rao, a leading business man and philanthropist in Kakinada is the chairman of this college. This college is directed by a noted educationist and academician A. Surya Narayana known as ASN who is not only a rank holder from Banaras Hindu University but also an experienced physics teacher.

Most of the teaching and non-teaching staff here teach the students in a student-friendly manner with love and care according to the students' opinions.

The tuition fees collected by the college from the students is very reasonable and just sufficient to run the institution without loss, compared to the enormous amounts collected by the other neighboring corporate business people.

Hence according to the people's popular opinion, this college is highly recommended for the happy, enjoyable and stress-free education of the children of Kakinada and its surroundings areas.

Best School in Kakinada is Mount Carmel, Indrapalem

Top post on IndiBlogger.in, the community of Indian Bloggers
There are hundreds of Schools, big and small, in Kakinada of East Godavari district (like any other place in Andhra Pradesh) which has become a corporation some couple of years ago. Some schools are named as talent schools while some others are titled as E-Techno Schools. There are Schools ranging from local small schools to International schools only in names and in terms of collection of fees.

Though some parents are too ignorant and illiterate to assess the standards or the quality of Education they impart, some parents choose these schools for their children and wards just to show their false-prestige in the society knowingly and intentionally.

In both these cases, the poor innocent children are the victims.

While choosing a good school for their kids, parents and guardians must check the following ...

1. The School is run by whom? Know about the management and staff.

(Nowadays, Schools and educational institutions are started and run by butchers and hospitals and nursing homes by hangmen. You should think What can their motives be????)

2. Are the persons or there responsible representatives available in the school campus? Or the school is just run by paid staff who work only for few bucks.

(There are many corporate schools in the country particularly in the state that run so many branches with temporary staff (many of them are immature with just some degrees) who torture the kids forcing them to by heart for high marks)

2. Are there sufficient facilities for the pupils' comfortable study? Like enough number of toilets (separate for boys and girls), pure drinking water facilities, science lab, library and reading room, out door and/or indoor games facilities etc...

(There are some school authorities who do not permit their students even to switch-on the ceiling fans fixed in every class room (just for show) on hot summer days also in order to minimize their power consumption bill.

3. Are there any co-curricular (extra curricular) activities in the school for the mental and physical growth of the child?

(Many so called leading schools in the state are instilling mental stress and fear in the tender minds with the only aim of getting high marks/ranks for the school's top name, that may be very dangerous for the child's immediate or long future. There are many cases of young students who end their lives in some corporate colleges which get faded away with the corporate managements' political and social influence)

4. Are the tuition fees and other fees collected for the different services are affordable and reasonable?

Of course there are some reputed and very popular Schools like St. Joseph's Convent School at Jagannaickpur (popularly known as Blue Convent, which is the oldest and best girls only school), Akshra School by Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd (NFCL) near NFCL, Ashram Public School by
Vishnu Sevashram and Yogashram trust beside the Kakinada-Pithapuram main Road etc. They are without any doubt very good schools with proper standards and discipline, but as thses schools admit only very few number of students, it is an Himalayan task for the common man to secure an admission for his child, who has no big influence.

(Most schools are collecting very exorbitant fees under different heads like donations, admission fees, building fund, tuition fee, etc that are numerous times more than what is permissible. Schools like any other organizations can collect reasonable service charges or fees depending upon the investment and running expenses and a fair profit which is needed for the smooth running for any venture.

Considering many similar facts, Mount Carmel School in Kakinada is recommended for the school study of the kids of the average man, as this school meets all the above criteria which we studied and it is ranked number one in Kakinada among the low expensive and medium range schools according to people's popular public opinion. Some of them are:

1. It is founded and directed by Trainer Ch Ajith Kumar who is not only an experienced and gifted teacher but also a certified international trainer himself.

2. The fees charged is very reasonable and hence affordable for all people.

3. Good building with necessary facilities available.

4. Experienced and dedicated teachers are appointed who are loyal not only to the management but also to the teaching profession. ( Periodical trainings and motivational sessions to the staff are rendered by the director himself and other proven personalities in the field to revitalize their dedication)

5. Stress-free education is imparted giving stress on English communication skills and quality life oriented education with discipline, values and etiquette.

Joyalukkas is the Best Jewellery Shop in Kakinada, A.P, India

Top post on IndiBlogger.in, the community of Indian Bloggers

Kakinada is the capital city of East Godavari District of New Andhra Pradesh state. Kakinada which is a small but beautiful, peaceful and fast developing port city has a number of shopping malls run by leading brands of India.

When commenting, assessing and rating gold and jewellery shops, the advent of popular brands by world famous jewellers in Kakinada has to be discussed.

Until the year 2007, many local gold jewellery shop owners were exploiting the innocent customers by selling their poor quality gold ornaments with more quantity of copper or brass which even they did not buy back at the agreed prize offered by them while selling.

But in 2007, popular Indian brands like 'Gold Plus' by Tata group and 'Mohammed Khan and Sons Jewellery' by another group which has some branches in the state were established and some changes were brought in the traditional method of selling and buying gold. However they could not create a commendable trend in the gold business due to some reasons.

Followed by this another Chennai based popular brand in South India, Khazana Jewellery established their branch in the Temple Street of Kakinda adjacent to the Gold Market Center in 2008 and slowly became the most selling gold shop in Kakinada.

Then the world famous gold brands like 'Malabar Gold and Diomonds' in the Temple Street and 'Kalyan Jewellers' on the Main road opposite to the Main Post Office were started in 2012 and these Kerala based gold shops with global presence changed completely the traditional gold selling scenereo and started attracting a wide number of customers who were earlier going to far away cities like Chennai and Hyderabad for buying gold ornaments in bulk quantity for marriage and other ceremonial purposes.

Then entered the lion in the Gold, Silver and Diamonds retail selling field by name, 'Joyalukkas' which is considered as the 'world's favorite jeweller' in the Temple Street of Kakinada near to the Gold Market area. As Joyalukkas is one of the pioneers in selling honestly the precious yellow metal in the international markets for nearly half a century and the first jewellery Company to be awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 global standard certification for quality and purity, it started gaining the trust, confidence and love of the people fast.

Within just less than one year of establishment, Joyalukkas Jewellery became the most preferred and sought after gold retailer shop in Kakinada for the quality of silver, gold and diamond ornaments (916 KDM) and the numerous models at irresistible latest fashionable designs at affordable cost with discounted rates. Joyalukkas is also preferred by people of Kakinada and surrounding areas for the polite and friendly approach of its qualified, trained, well mannered and dedicated staff under the able, efficient and customer-friendly guidance of its branch manager Joshi Philip and other capable and experienced personalities.

Hence Joyalukkas is highly recommended by most people for buying gold and diamond ornaments with confidence as it is voted and opined as the most trusted jewellery shop not only in Kakinada or Andhra Pradesh but throughout the country and the whole world.

Andhra Pradesh's liquor mafia and A.P.'s Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB)

There are various Government departments and organizations functioning in India. But people are not aware of many until and unless they effectively discharge their duties and responsibilities efficiently. To effectively discharge the duties with out any fear or favour, the heads of those departments need to be fearless, truthful, duty-minded  and above all corrupt-free.

Until Mr T.N. Sheshan took charge as the Chief Election Commission of India a decade ago, most people of the country never knew that such an important institution existed in India and the powers and responsibilities vested with that particular Commission.

The recent performance of the 'Anti-Corruption Bureau' in the state on the 'liquor syndicate mafia' is quite appreciable and welcomed by one and all. The liquor syndicate mafia of A.P., that willfully and deliberately defied the High Court's order and the government of A.P was miserably unable to control them and failed. The government and its leader the Chief Minister were severely criticized by most people for their inability to implement the Court's directions and to come to the rescue of the people of the state.

It was at this juncture, the ACB (Anti- Corruption Bureau) came to the spot light. The ACB started raiding and hunting the mafia mercilessly. Many big sharks were caught in the ACB's net and those liquor mafia who vowed    publicly that they would never obey any court orders or rules, started to surrender before the ACB's whip. At last they bowed down and agreed to sell liquor at the 'maximum retail price'.

People are eager to know who are all behind this courageous adventure. Hats off to Mr.D.Boobathi Babu, IPS (Director General ACB), Satyanarayan,IPS (Director ACB), and all the additional and joint directors, DSPs, Inspectors and sincere personnel of the ACB. It is the popular people's opinion and wish that all the dipartments take the ACB as an example do their legitimate duties with out fear or favour, they will be real heroes in the minds of people.

Congratulations to all Sincere officers of of all departments of Andhra Pradesh in particular and India in General.

Please post a word of wishes for all honest and good officers who work for us.

Kiran's Congress government in A.P wins the no-confident motion by Telugu Desam...?

The no-confidence motion passed by the opposition Telugu Desam Party in the Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly on December 5, 2011 against the ruling Congress Government led by the chief minister Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy, is lost and the Government wins and with stands the motion.

The assembly witnessed hot and serious debate earlier today (Monday) between the Telugu Desam Chief and opposition leader Mr N. Chandra Babu Naidu and the Chief Minister Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy, each making more of personal attacks than of political issues on the other.

Though some MLAs of Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress party supported the no-confidence motion, the motion failed and there is no immediate harm to the government.

There is wide spread opinion among the public that thoug YSR Congress categorically considers Telugu Desam Party as their grand enemy, they made true the old saying... 'enemy's enemy is my ally'...! Many people have started raising this question, who is the arch-rival among the two parties for YSRC...? Is it INC or TDP...?

This is the nineth no-confidence motion passed in the history of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assebly which none of them won...!

Telengane Strike called off ... Seperate Telengana statehood granted...?

Let's suppose we see or hear a news like this. The 'all people's strike' (sarva Janula samme) called on by the pro-Telengana activists, has crippled terribly an active and progressing state like Andhra Pradesh. The ongoing strike has been in effect for more than a month. Students, government, public and private employees are actively taking part in the strike, without any leadership or control or without knowing the damage it is causing to their own kith and kin. People in general are paying heavily for it and will pay in the future also.

Strikes were called on and 'hartals' were observed in the past to protest against certain policies and to legitimately demand for certain rights. But always there were proper ethics and morale along with some people friendly visionaries behind every such movement.

Many people now are unaware that many strikes and 'bundhs' are master planned by certain political leaders for their personal political mileage. They use the innocent people who are usually fools and who don't bother to think much.

Teachers of universities, colleges or schools are supposed to teach their students and complete the prescribed syllabus by the prescribed time frame. If they use their students to perform strikes and encourage them to engage in vandalism by destroying our own property and harming our own brothers and sisters, will they be able to control them once the result is got? Will these students who consider violence is their teacher's 'dakshina' ever become useful and responsible citizens in future?
