Indian Assembly Elections 2017: Exit Polls Results

Elections to the 5 states Assemblies including the crucial UP state concluded yesterday in many lengthy phases. As the political situations not only in the country but throughout the world are changing rapidly, elections are a matter of do or die. Democracy is being murdered by the political parties and the so called leaders. Elections now-a-days are proving that 'might is right'. People are losing hope in the system. Whether people are interested or not, the politicians and the so called leaders want to win any elections as power is their breath of life!

Tough not all, there are many people (mostly political activists and their sympathizers) who are waiting eagerly to know the outcome of the elections held in a prolonged manner. Though the actual and final results can be known on Saturday, 11th March, to quench their curiosity to some extend, they watch the exit poll predictions conducted by various agencies. But ironically most of the claims of the exit poll companies are proven to be wrong when the past exit poll results are analysed closely.

As all the exit polls predicted the victory of BJP in all the four states viz except Punjab, it is not felt necessary to list in detail here.

Live and Latest (Updated) Results of Assembly Elections 2012: U.P, Punjab, Goa, Manipur, Uttarakhand

At last the day has come after a long wait for the people of many states. The voters of Goa are comparatively fortunate as they had no necessity to wait for a long time to know the poll results of their candidates and the Party which is going to govern them.

Within a few hours (from now) all the counting would be completed and the final results results of the Assembly Elections 2012 would be out. The entire counting process may be completed by 1.00 O'Clock on 6th March 2012.

Here are the live status of the poll results of all the five States that exercised their mandate voted for their would be MLAs and Ministers and Chief Ministers.

Samajvadi Party (SP) is heading for the Victory in UP ....
while in Punjab Shironmani Akali Dal (SAD) BJP alliance is leading in the initial stage, much to the dismay and expectations of people's calculations and some exit poll results....
In Uttarakhand neck to neck fighting is seen.....
In Goa Gongress is trailing behind BJP alliance....

The Congress Leaders have said that the Assembly results are a big shock for them.
Rahul Gandhi, who strived hard for many months toimprove the Congress' image in Uttar Pradesh has expressed his shock.

The final hung results are expected to lead to heavy corruption and horse-trading in states. All parties who were attacking each other till yesterday have started 'talks' and negotiations for power sharing and existence in power. Intellectual People of the country fear that the voters have lost faith in almost all parties, but as there is no other go, they are voting for some body.
