The latest announcement by the new petroleum minister Veerappa Moily is a big relief for the aam aadmi who was finding it very difficult to adjust with the capping on the subsidized cooking gas cylinders...!
The decision of the government to cap the the number of subsidised cooking gas cylinders to six per a family was very unfair on the part of the government and attracted huge protest and hatred from even the sympathizers of the Congress Government. The Party and the Governmnet have probably learnt that such decisions will attract the wrath of the people who voted them to power.
Anyhow thinking back and correcting policies taken, if they are not people friendly is a good sign and it will slowly erace the bitter feeling of the voters, if not immediately, in the days to come....!
