The popular Malayalam entertainment channel Asianet has announced the seventh (7th) season of its successful and most watched musical / singing reality show titled 'Star Singer'. Asianet Star singer is the fore-runner in introducing such reality shows in Malayalam. The producers of the show is inviting applications from desirous candidates for auditions and selection to contest for the prestigious reality program.

In the previous seasons, the winner of the show was awarded Rs one crore along-with many exiting offers to sing as playback singers in movies.

Chandralekha of Adoor, Kerala becomes a popular 'Cine Play back singer'

Chandralekha, a normal poor mother and a house wife belonging to Adoor of Pathanamthitta in Kerala becomes a popular celebrity within a couple of days and makes the old saying above very meaningful with her God-given talent to sing....!

It all happened just as a miracle. As usual she sang in her kitchen, holding her son in her arms. Her brother copied the song on his mobile phone and uploaded it on the 'youtube' which changed the fate of Chandralekha and rose her to the level of a playback singer, making popular Malayalam movie producers, directors and music composers queue up in her house.

Today, Chandralekha, who won the hearts of thousands of people with her sweet voice, performed her debute song for a movie.

Ramraj Cottons Little Stars on Asianet TV Channel

Ramraj Cottons 'Little Stars' - an exclusive reality show by the talented children of Kerala, launched on Asianet Malayalam entertainment channel on 2013 October 13 (Sunday) between 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm was really rated as one of the best entertainment programs in Malayalam.

The very first episode itself could pin the common viewer to the channel with the astonishing performance of the kids. The 8 year old wonder kid Ashiq was the right choice to be the first performer. His innocent and mischievous conversations have made the television watchers stick on to the channel.

Pooja, who can sing in 25 languages is another wonder. Her first song in 9 world languages was really another shocker for the viewers. But many felt sad when she was awarded only 3 *** stars by the judges, as all expected that she too will win 5 stars....!

Badayi Bungalow Reality Show on Asianet TV by Mukesh

Popular Malayalam entertainment channel Asianet TV has come up with another reality TV program 'Badayi Bungalow' for its Malayali audience, similar to that of Bigg Boss and Malayali House. This program is to be hosted by Malayalam film star Mukesh who earlier anchored the 'Deal or No Deal' money winning show by Surya TV.

'Badai Bungalow' is starting tomorrow evening on Asianet entertainment channel. Along with Mukesh, many other celebrities are also expected to participate in the reality show.

The viewers are of the opinion that the producers will not dare to flare-up any more controversies like the 'Malayalee House' aired by Surya TV...!

So any moves and decisions implemented in the country by those peopl's representatives must be for the better benefits and welfare of the citizens.

But many a times, many decisions are taken by many leaders without any fore-thoughts or without much study. While some decisions are taken for their (the ruling parties / persons) personal political benefits, some others are immature and non-planned well.

Many people of the country, including those voted the Present rulers to power, are of the opinion and impression that present financial crisis India is facing is due to the lack of planning and inefficiency of the Prime Minister and other ministers leading the Government.

Many ardent Congress party workers and People with Secular interests fear that these inability of the Manmohan Singh Government would pave way for the BJP to come to power in the next General elections, as the people of the country have no other option....!

The recent move by the petroleum ministry to curb petroleum products sale during night time is widely criticized by most people as a 'Tughlaq's Policy'...! It will create an artificial shortage and an undue rush at the petrol bunks. For any reason those who failed to get petrol / diesel by the specified time (8.00 pm), they will have to rush to the illegal and unofficial petrol outlets, who charge very high amount of money per litre. Most people in the country opine that, if this proposal is implemented, it will greatly help the black marketers and illegal sellers.

Those who rule the state on behalf of the people should remember that they are only representing the people and they have no power of theirs, without the people's mandate.
