'Sree Narayanaguru Open University' opened recently in 2020 by the LDF Government in Kerala's Kollam is the first 'Open University' in the state even though it is the fourteenth University in Kerala state. In India it is the fifteenth Open University aiming to grow like the world famous 'Indira Gandhi National Open University' in Delhi.
As it is in its infancy stage now and for its desired growth and expansion, large number of teaching and non-teaching staff are being recruited. Hence it will pave way for a good number of unemployed youth and others to secure a decent and promising career in such an upcoming university. Here is the latest notification released recently on December 22, 2020.

Please note that there are many vacancies for candidates possessing qualifications from Plus 2 (+2) to Ph. D. There are also some posts where qualifications are not mentioned.
Even though the present vacancies are mentioned as temporary, there are chances for making them permanent in future.
Moreover for applying for the notified positions, there are no application fees or any written exams. Appointments are made purely on the basis of interviews. Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
