How to Download BevQ App from Google play for Kerala BEVCO Online Booking

The Communist Government of Kerala headed by Pinarayi Vijayan has a lot of sympathy for the poor drunkards. Even during the strict national lock-down period due to covid-19 pandemic, the government tried its best to lift the lock down rules and give relaxations to the drunkards by allowing to open bars and beverage corporation outlets. But due to number of hurdles, it delayed little. But finally the government has succeeded in implementing a novel system to facilitate the liquor drinking community of Kerala by introducing an App by name BevQ in cooperation with technology companies such as Google and Faircode Technologies.

Liquor sales in Kerala is resuming from 28th May, 2020.

BevQ is a Google App that is specially devised for making Kerala Government's Beverage Corporation's (BEVCO) Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) sales smartly without crowding near the windows of the shops and breaking the social distancing system introduced to control the spread of coronavirus. It can be downloaded from the Google Play store. Through this Bev Q App a consumer can book liquor by sending an SMS from his home.

The Bev Q App for forming virtual Queue system to purchase Liquor items from Kerala Beverages Corporation (BEVCO) outlets can be downloaded from Apple Store and Google Play.

How to download and Install KSBC Virtual Q app from Google Play?

1. Click this Google Play store Link:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ksbcvirtualq

2. Install the Bev Q App of the BEVCO to get E-token for liquor.

3. Enter your personal details. Name, phone number etc.

4. Select the liquor item and brand and submit.

The Booking Time is from 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM.

Liquor sales time is 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

Innovation is good, no doubt. If it were invented and implemented for creative social good. But I feel pity for the Malayaly drinkers who are unable to realize that it is not any sympathy or soft corner on you that made the government of Kerala to make this app and virtual queue system, but to plunder your hard earned money in a legal manner. By encouraging the drunkards the government is profiting in two ways. (1) It is helping the liquor mafia who are behind the government and (2) It is getting lots of funds. Because the government is considering the drunkards as milch cows that give money liberally for the lavish spending of all the stake holders in the government!

People's opinion about ksbcvirtualq app:

The bevco app was made available in the google play store after making many curious consumers to wait for many hours. But the initial opinion and rating about the app is below 2.5 as majority of people who tried to install it had very bitter disappointing experience as it did not work. Most of the users opined that the company that developed the App is very inexperienced and even the company's google rating is very low.

This nonworking app was devised by 'Faircode technologies at Kochi'. This too has led to creating doubts among many people that there is some corruption or favouritism involved in choosing this company to make the app. Another scam from the government?
