The prestigious poll conducted by the Popular Malayalam News Channel, Malayala Manorama to find out the 'News Maker of 2012', concluded with the announcement of the final Results on January 5th (Saturday), 2013.There were four contestants in the fray namely Upcoming popular Film actor Dileep, Kerala's home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radha Krishnan, actress Swetha Menon whose first delivery is recorded by noted film Director Bless to show in his film 'Manninte Makkal' and the Brain behind the country's prestigious Delhi Metro Project, E. Sreedharan.
After many rounds of open debates and online and SMS polling, finally the people of Kerala who watch the Manorama News channel chose Mr E Sreedharan as the 'Biggest News Maker of 2012' in Kerala.
