'Love Jihad' should not be linked with religious tolerance and communal harmony

The Kerala Catholic Bishop's Synod last month issued a circular to the members of the Catholic community that 'love jihad', a dangerous conspiracy by islamic terrorists is very much prevalent in India and young girls belonging to Christian and other religions are targeted by the jihadists by pretending love at first, to be trapped and to be converted to islam. Whether anyone agrees or disagrees with this it is a fact. There are several cases of such 'romeo jihads' reported from many parts of India, particularly Kerala.

It is greatly surprising to see even the National Investigating Agency under Narendra Modi-Amit Shah government is apparently probing the crime in a slow-paced manner.

Some media and anti-social elements that are resolved to destroy the communal harmony and religious tolerance in Kerala are striving to spread a fabricated false news that the Christian Church is against the muslims. The heads of the Church have repeatedly made it clear that majority of the Muslims in India are amicable and peaceable. Only a handful of muslim people are showing inclination to terrorist activities. Hence issuing a warning to the families and young girls to be vigilant on these love jihad terrorists has nothing to do with religious tolerance or communal harmony as Christians maintain a brotherly relationship with people belonging to Hinduism or Islam or any other religions or castes.

In these circumstances, I wish to share below the facebook post of noted columnist, story teller and women empowerment activist Rati Hegde about her knowledge, experience and warning on 'love jihad' few moths before.

"Today i was called to help in a Love-Jihad case. In the last 3 months this is the 4th or 5th case. I am writing this because i think it is very necessary to make Parents aware of what the children are going through in such cases.

1. out of the 5 odd cases that have come to me, only one is what is known as a 'lower' caste.
2. Girls are trapped at any age. One was a widow with 2 children. But all the other girls were anywhere between 14 and 16 when the affair started.
3. In almost all cases, the boys take the girls out on bike rides. Girls are made to feel that this is 'freedom'.
4. The M boys are trained to make the girls sexually aware and they start by holding hands, giving a friendly hug, touching certain places by 'mistake' ... then they move on to kissing and physical relationship when girl is in 10th or 12th and under stress for studies. Videos of such physical relationship is made silently.
5. Most parents are unaware till it is too late.
6. Once parents come to know and try to break off the relationship, either girl is pressurised to run away or the girls are blackmailed to continue relationship using videos as in 4 above. Till this time, the girl is unaware that a video has been made.
7. If the girl insists on breaking up, the boy will get his friends to force physical relationship with the girl as a threat or blackmail. All the time, he will keep saying that he will marry the girl.
8. If parents interfere, the boy will stay away temporarily. Once the girl is 18, this starts again and this time the girl is completely trapped.
9. Mostly, marriage takes place. Girl is converted. For 6 months, there is no problem. Then starts the torture. First beating and all. Continuous pregnancies and termination of pregnancies take place.
10. After 2 years, boy will get married again to some other girl while remaining married to the 1st girl.
11. Now girl will definitely resist. To keep her in the marriage, she is Raped by boy's Father and Brothers. Mother, other wife and sisters will beat her every day.
12. Police and other family members (if still on talking terms) will counsel the girl to adjust and continue in the marriage.
13. In many cases, if girl is too strong mentally, she will be jailed inside the house without a mobile also.
14. If she manages to run away, she will not get custody of the children or get only 1 child custody. The other child(ren) will remain with husband.
15. Even if court gives monthly maintenance, husband will never pay. It is a unusual marriage because girl will be converted only after marriage, NOT BEFORE. So she cannot claim right to husband's property. BUT boy can claim right to girl's parent's property as per Hindu customs.

16. PLEASE BE AWARE. TEACH YOUR CHILDREN TO KNOW ABOUT LOVE JIHAD."

98-year-old Catholic Bishop survives COVID-19 in China, while Hospital director succumbs!

COVID-19 (corona virus disease-2019) the newly named killer disease by W.H.O. which emerged in China and is spreading like wildfire is still sowing fear and panic throughout the world. Every day people around the world are waking up to hear the sad news of the rising number of people being infected and the growing number of toll due to this disease.

The latest covid related sorrowful news reported by the international media is that the president of Wuhan Wuchang Hospital, where covid-19 patients affected by corona virus were treated in Hubei province in China, Dr Liu Zhiming, died of Covid-19 yesterday despite great medical efforts. The 51-year-old Dr Liu, who passed away at 10.30 am was the director of the hospital and a leading personality in neurosurgery. He was heading the team of medical experts who extended and supervised the patients affected by the corona virus.

At the same time there is some miraculous happy news also reported by some news agencies. It is about the oldest person who was healed and survived the covid-19 virus attack. It is a 98-year-old Catholic Bishop, Monsignor Joseph Zhu Baoyu of Nanyang Diocese, China. He fell ill with pneumonia due to Covid-19 (the corona virus) on February 3. Later as a result of treatment and Prayers, he was completely healed. The tests conducted on February 12 were negative, and on February 14 the medical department certified that his lungs were no longer infected and he was discharged. 

Doctors and epidemiologists state that the case and recovery of this elderly Bishop is an exceptional miracle, as the virus is proving very fatal for the elderly and for those patients with complicated clinical conditions. Bishop Emeritus Joseph Zhu had other illnesses such as arrhythmia and pleural effusions besides the virus, and was miraculously cured thanks to the Divine interference. 

These two incidents that are contrary on nearby days have literally shocked the atheists and those who believe only in the power of science and medicines. Because the oldest person who had no chances of surviving is safe and alive while the famous doctor who was well taken care of by the whole medical team is dead!

Many people think that the Chinese government is lying about the statistics of the affected and the number of the dead. There is strong feeling among the people worldwide that the communist government is suppressing the media and hiding the actual numbers. There are many who think that the victims affected by corona virus is much more than the revealed numbers. 

It is high time for all the people to turn to God. No science or inventions can give security and happiness. Only God Who created everything and controls everything is the ultimate resort and guaranteed rescuer.

'Teresa had a Dream'- Bio feature film by John Paul film productions

A new movie worth watching is gearing up for release. It is a bio-feature film made on the life of 'Blessed Mother Teresa of St Rose of Lima' who was born in Madras on January 29, 1858 to Peter D’Lima and Mary D’Lima and served as a nun mainly in Kerala. Though she was christened as Mary Grace on baptism, she was named as 'Sr. Teresa of St. Rose of Lima' in the convent where she joined to become a religious nun.

After completion of her religious training she made her religious profession on May 25, 1885 as a Carmelite third order sister at St Joseph's convent Alleppy. Just two years after taking the vows, she founded the Religious congregation today known as the 'Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa' (CSST) on April 24, 1887 in Ernakulam, Kerala, and also opened St. Teresa’s English Medium School for Girls on May 9th that year. 

She was a famous educationalist, social reformer and social activist of that time.

The new movie on this Blessed sister's life and vision is written and produced brilliantly by popular Indian movie maker John Paul's company 'John Paul films productions'  for the members of the CCST Congregation. Noted advertising artist Raju Abraham is the director. Ashley Mathews performed impressively well in the lead role as Blessed Mother Teresa, while reputed actor Bharath Charuhassen casted as the Spiritual Director Father of the Blessed nun.

Pantheerankavu UAPA case: Ramesh Chennithala's special interest spoils UDF

Everyone in Kerala knows the story of the two students, Alan Shuhaib and Thaha Fasal who were arrested by the Kerala police for their alleged maoist linked activities in Pantheerankavu area in Kozhikode district in November, 2019. After their arrest the DGP and the police department of Kerala have categorically stated that there are valid evidences to prove that the duo has links with the banned CPI (maoist) organization. Ever since their arrest, some CPI (M) leaders have been mentioning that the two are members of the CPI-M party and were raising their voices in support of them saying they are innocent and were leaving no stones unturned for their release from the police custody. 

However in a statement on 2019 November 19, the senior CPI(M) leader and district secretary P Mohanan made it clear that it is the belief of the CPI(M) party that the islamic terrorists and the maoists have a nexus and it is the islamic terrorists operating out of Calicut that supports the maoists. He also demanded the police to investigate the matter.

The Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who also believes and has stated earlier that there are islamic terrorists in Kerala who infiltrate in to the society to sow unrest and spoil communal harmony, strongly rejected the idea of protecting them but referred the case to the NIA that deals with such cases related to extremism and terrorism. The CM was very adamant and stubborn even before the moaning and groaning of the CPI party which is the government's major partner which is apparently a sympathiser of the banned CPI (maoists) outfit and always has a soft corner for the maoists (may be for political reasons!) 


Basing these findings and the proofs that the police gathered, the government then imposed charges of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on the two accused who were arrested in Pantheerancavu and obviously the investigation was handed over to the NIA and is being carried out by the agency effectively. The CM repeatedly said that the two students were not innocents as advocated by some vested interests. During a press conference he even passed a witty remark that they were not arrested by the police when they were drinking tea, but involving in antisocial activities!

Now when the National Investigating Agency of India has been investigating the case authoritatively, recently the opposition leader of Kerala, Ramesh Chennithala visited the houses of the accused and extended full support of the Congress party and the UDF for the alleged criminals. Most average people of Kerala opine that this activity of a responsible leader of his stature has terribly damaged the image of the Congress and the UDF. They are raising many doubts and asking one another what the intrigue of Ramesh Chennithala is to argue for these alleged terrorists and give pressure to the communist party government to write to the union home minister to hand over the case back to the state police. The people are wondering what is the agenda of the Congress party or the UDF in the case connected with two communist activists who were arrested for their involvement in unlawful activities and handed over by their own party rulers.

While most common people of Kerala and congress and UDF sympathisers strongly condemn this move of Chennithala, they are also of the opinion that the NIA or the CBI should investigate the link Ramesh Chennithala and other UDF leaders in Kerala have with such banned and unlawful outfits and terrorists. Many people also agree with the CPI(M) leader P Mohanan and believe that these arrested students have links with muslim terrorism. The people of Kerala are demanding an explanation from the opposition leader of Kerala why he is interested in the release of persons involved in global terrorist gang and advocate for their escape. The people know very well that the LDF government will see that none of its members/activists get punished even if they have committed crimes. In this case even though the accused had party membership, the government had refused any support considering the gravity of the crime. Then what is the relationship between Ramesh chennithala and these accused terrorists?

Modi's India to legalize satanic practice of feticide and infanticide?

There is yet another shocking and unfortunate move from the Indian government! The Modi ruled government of India is planning to legalise the devilish law for encouraging murder of unborn infants in the womb of the mothers by making a cabinet approval of a bill to amend the existing 49-year-old Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act, 1971! 

According to the 1971 MTP Act, abortion in rare cases is permissible for up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. But with the new amendment of the act, brutal killing of the [fully formed] infants is allowed for up to 24 weeks of pregnancy.

As a human embryo grows into a fully developed fetus with a soul, life, senses, feelings and most body organs in the 24 weeks time, people with a humane nature are opposing this new act terming it as inhuman as it is equivalent or more heinous than infant homicide.  

It is surprising to see that these rulers do not have minimum common sense to understand that giving 'life' in this world is purely God's business, Who alone is the Creator and has full and complete authority to give and to take back any life. It has become a fashion for some foolish and insane world leaders passing similar bills and challenging the One Who has sowed the seed of life in the mother's womb. No science or inventions can give life without God's intervention nor can extend the life for an inch with their ability.

Whoever supports abortions of any type and style must understand tat, if their parents, particularly mothers were selfish and cruel and killed them before birth, they would not have been alive to pass such bills or to support such devilish movements.

Most people world-wide are of the opinion that every conceived baby under the sun has a right to be born and a right to live. No one should take any disastrous actions against human beings' rights to continue. There are many choices and opportunities to avoid pregnancy before it happens. Once it occurs, let the bub live and take breath safely.

Whoever encourages abortion is a follower of satan, who is the murderer and destroyer...!

INFAM National Meet and Farmers Rally Kattappana January 2020

Indian Farmers Movement (INFAM) was founded in 2000 with the backing of the Kerala Catholic Church. Its primary aim and objective was to be the voice of the voiceless unorganized farmers in Kerala who were the backbone of the state's economy. Since inception the organization has been rendering its support for the farmers of the state very effectively and successfully. As its activities of organising and guiding the farmers in Kerala were fruitful, it gradually spread to other parts of India particularly to the South Indian states in the past years. 

The 20th annual meeting of INFAM was held in Kattappana, Kerala on 18th January, 2020 in a grand manner. Many dignitaries including Bishops and Priests participated and spoke in the meet held in Fr Mathew Vadakkemury nagar followed by a mega rally which was participated by thousands of people. The meet has special significance because of the pathetic conditions of the farmers who are facing neglect by both the central and stat governments.

2. "വരികള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍" എന്ന കോളം കേവലം ഒരു വ്യക്തിയുടെ ആശയപ്രകാശനമാണ്. സീറോ മലബാര്‍ സഭയുടെ മെത്രാന്‍ സിനഡിന്റെ അഭിപ്രായപ്രകടനത്തോട് കേവലമൊരു വ്യക്തിയുടെ തോന്നലുകളെ താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നത് തന്നെ ഭീമമായ തമാശയാണ്. അര്‍ഹതയുള്ളവ തമ്മിലേ കൂട്ടിവായിക്കാനോ താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യാനോ പാടുള്ളൂ എന്ന സാമാന്യതത്വം പാലിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. പ്രസ്തുത ലേഖനത്തിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം പത്രം തന്നെ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ആദ്യം ചോദിക്കണം. രണ്ട്, ആ അഭിപ്രായത്തോട് എറണാകുളം-അങ്കമാലി അതിരൂപതയിലെ വിശ്വാസികള്‍ പോലും യോജിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്ന് അന്വേഷിക്കണം. ഇതൊക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ലേ സഭയില്‍ രണ്ടു പക്ഷമെന്നൊക്കെ തള്ളിവിടേണ്ടതുള്ളൂ, പ്രിയ മാധ്യമങ്ങളേ..! 

3. സീറോ മലബാര്‍ ബിഷപ്സ് സിനഡ് രാഷ്ട്രീയകാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ ആധികാരികമായി അഭിപ്രായം പറയാനുള്ള ഒരു സംവിധാനമല്ല. സീറോ മലബാര്‍ സഭയുടെ പ്രത്യേകനിയമത്തില്‍ (Code of Particular Law of the Syro Malabar Church) സിനഡിന്റെ Nature, competence, objectives വളരെ വിശദമായി അതില്‍ പ്രതിപാദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആയതിനാല്‍ത്തന്നെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ-സാമൂഹികവിഷയങ്ങളിലെ സിനഡിന്റെ നിലപാടുകള്‍ (അഭിപ്രായപ്രകടനങ്ങള്‍) അപ്രമാദിത്വമുള്ളവല്ല. അത് വിമര്‍ശനാതീതവുമല്ല. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഏതൊരാള്‍ക്കും അതിനെ വിമര്‍ശിക്കാനും അതിനെതിരേ നിലപാടുകള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കാനുമുള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം സഭയിലും ഭാരതമെന്ന ഈ ജനാധിപത്യരാഷ്ട്രത്തിലുമുണ്ട്. പ്രസ്തുത കോളത്തിലെ വിമര്‍ശനം പോലെ തന്നെ കേരളകത്തോലിക്കാസഭക്ക് പൗരത്വബില്‍, പൗരത്വരജിസ്റ്റര്‍ വിഷയങ്ങളില്‍ വ്യത്യസ്ത അഭിപ്രായപ്രകടനങ്ങളാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്നതും സത്യമാണ്. 

എങ്കിലും, ഈ വിഷയത്തില്‍ ഭാരതത്തിലെ എല്ലാ പൊതുസംവിധാനങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ഒരു പൊതുനിലപാട് ഉണ്ടാകണം എന്ന് എന്തു നിര്‍ബന്ധമാണുള്ളത്. പ്രസ്തുത വിഷയം പഠിക്കുകയും ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നിയമവിദഗ്ദര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍പ്പോലും വ്യത്യസ്ത അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളുള്ളപ്പോള്‍ സഭക്ക് ആധികാരികമായ പൊതുനിലപാട് ഉണ്ടാകണമെന്ന വാശി എന്തിനാണ്. സഭാതനയര്‍ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമുള്ളവരും സാമൂഹിക-രാഷ്ട്രീയകാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ അറിവുള്ളവരുമാണ്. ആയതിനാല്‍ ഈ വിഷയത്തില്‍ ആശയക്കുഴപ്പങ്ങള്‍ പരിഹരിക്കണമെന്നതിലും കുലീനമായ മറ്റെന്ത് കാര്യമാണ് ഒരു ഭരണകൂടത്തോട് സഭക്ക് ആവശ്യപ്പെടാനായിട്ടുള്ളത്. 

4. ലൗജിഹാദിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പക്ഷേ, സീറോ മലബാര്‍ സിനഡ് നിലപാടിനെ വിമര്‍ശിക്കുന്നത് ഇപ്പോഴും ഒരു ക്രൈസ്തവ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണമെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന സത്യദീപത്തിന് നിരക്കുന്നതാണോയെന്ന് രണ്ടുവട്ടം ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു. തിരക്കിനിടയിലെഴുതിയ ഒരു കുറിപ്പെന്നതിലുപരി ഏതെങ്കിലും പഠനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള അഭിപ്രായപ്രകടനമായി ഈ എഴുത്ത് പരിഗണിക്കാന്‍ പോലുമാവില്ല. കേരളത്തിലെ ക്രൈസ്തവസമൂഹം പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് യുവജനങ്ങള്‍ ചോദിക്കുന്ന ഈ ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കൂ . . . 

➤ 2009-ല്‍ കേരളകത്തോലിക്കാ മെത്രാന്‍ സമിതിയുടെ ഐക്യജാഗ്രതാ കമ്മീഷന്‍ കേരളത്തിലെമ്പാടും നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തില്‍ 3 വര്‍ഷം കൊണ്ട് നാലായിരത്തിലധികം പേര്‍ ലൗജിഹാദിന് ഇരയായിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തിയത് കമ്മീഷന്‍ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ സ്വപ്നമായിരുന്നോ? 

➤ ഇസ്ലാമിക് സ്റ്റേറ്റില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന 21 പേരില്‍ പത്തോളം പേര്‍ ക്രൈസ്തവരായിരുന്നുവെന്ന സത്യത്തെ എങ്ങനെ വ്യാഖ്യാനിക്കും? 

➤ മറ്റു മതങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് ക്രൈസ്തവമതം സ്വീകരിച്ചവരെക്കുറിച്ച് ലജ്ജയില്ലാതെ പറയുമ്പോള്‍ അവരാരും തന്നെ ആടുമേയിക്കാന്‍ പോയിട്ടില്ലെന്നും അവര്‍ കെട്ടി വന്ന കുടുംബങ്ങളില്‍ സുരക്ഷിതരായി ജീവനോടെ തന്നെ ഇരിപ്പുണ്ടെന്നും ഓര്‍ക്കാതെ പോകുന്നത് ആരുടെ കുറ്റമാണ്? 

➤ ലൗജിഹാദില്‍പ്പെട്ട് കാണാതാകുന്ന കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് വിശ്വാസിസമൂഹത്തിനുള്ള വേദന ഒരു ക്രൈസ്തവപ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിന് മനസ്സിലാകാതെ പോകുന്നതെന്താണ്? 

➤ പ്രണയത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ട് നാടുവിടുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി സംസാരിക്കാന്‍ സംഘടിതപ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നതിന് പിന്നിലെ യുക്തി എന്താണ്? 

➤ പ്രണയത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ടു പോകുന്ന പെണ്‍കുട്ടികളെ നേടാന്‍ വേണ്ടി കോടതികളില്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്ന മണിക്കൂറിന് പ്രതിഫലം വാങ്ങുന്ന വക്കീലന്മാര്‍ എങ്ങനെയാണ്? 

➤ പ്രണയത്തിലകപ്പെടുന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഏതാനും മാസങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ അറബിഭാഷ പഠിച്ച് ഇസ്ലാംമതഗ്രന്ഥം സ്വായത്തമാക്കുന്നത്? 

➤ നാടുവിട്ടോടുന്നവരെല്ലാം എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് തീവ്രവാദത്തിന് ശക്തമായി വേരോട്ടമുള്ള നാടുകളിലേക്ക് മാത്രമായി അപ്രത്യക്ഷരാകുന്നത്? 

➤ പ്രണയത്തിന്റെ ആരംഭത്തിലല്ലെങ്കിലും പിന്മാറില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാകുന്ന കാലം മുതല്‍ മതം മാറണമെന്ന് നിര്‍ബന്ധിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ പിന്നിലെ യുക്തിയെന്താണ്? 

ഇത്തരം യാതൊരു പരിഗണനകളുമില്ലാതെ ലൗജിഹാദ് ഭാവനാസൃഷ്ടിയാണെന്ന് സ്ഥാപിക്കാന്‍ വെമ്പല്‍ കൊള്ളുന്നതിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശം വ്യക്തി സഭക്കും സമുദായത്തിനും സമുദായത്തിന്റെ ആത്മീയനേതൃത്വത്തിനും ഉപരിയാണെന്ന് സ്ഥാപിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമമാണോയെന്നുപോലും സംശയിക്കേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു. 

സമാപനം ‍ ‍ 

ആരൊക്കെ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞാലും കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയും ദുരൂഹസാഹചര്യങ്ങളില്‍ കാണാതാവുകയം ചെയ്യുന്നതില്‍ ആകുലപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരമ്മ എന്ന നിലയില്‍ പരിശുദ്ധസഭക്കും സഭാസിനഡിനും ഇനിയും അവഗണിക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരു യാഥാര്‍ത്ഥ്യമാണ് ലൗജിഹാദ്. ഭാരതത്തിലെ ഏതൊരു സംവിധാനത്തെയും പോലെ തന്നെ സാമൂഹിക-രാഷ്ട്രീയകാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ വേണമെങ്കില്‍ സീറോ മലബാര്‍ സിനഡിനും അഭിപ്രായം പറയാം. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രസ്തുത അഭിപ്രായത്തെയും സമുദായാംഗങ്ങളുടെ സുരക്ഷിതത്വത്തെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന അതീവപ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള ലൗജിഹാദ് വിഷയത്തെയും ഒറ്റച്ചരടില്‍ കോര്‍ത്തതിന് പിന്നില്‍ അത്ര ക്രൈസ്തവമല്ലാത്തൊരു യുക്തി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്നത് ചിന്തനീയമാണ്. മദ്ധ്യകേരളത്തില്‍ വീശുന്ന കാറ്റില്‍ രക്തഗന്ധമുള്ള പണം പാറിപ്പോകുന്നുവെന്ന് പലരും ആശങ്കപ്പെടുന്നതില്‍ കഴമ്പുണ്ടെന്നും തോന്നിപ്പോകുന്നു. 

എന്തൊക്കെയായാലും, ഒരു രൂപതയുടെ മാത്രം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തില്‍ കേവലം ഒരു വ്യക്തിയുടെ അഭിപ്രായപ്രകടനം സീറോ മലബാര്‍ സഭയെന്ന വലിയ കൂട്ടായ്മയെ രണ്ടായി വിഭജിക്കാന്‍ മാത്രം കരുത്തുള്ളതല്ലെന്ന് ഒരാവര്‍ത്തികൂടി കുറിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് സമാപിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
