How to Register / Renew Kerala State Pharmacy Council Online?

How to Register online with Kerala State Pharmacy Council? 

Only pharmacists who are residing in the state of Kerala are eligible to apply for registration with Kerala Pharmacy Council. Candidates desirous of getting registered with Kerala State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) are requested to go through the instructions given here before filling up the Application form online.

The Online Registration process of a pharmacist with KSPC is not really a trouble-free and smooth work as intended and expected to be. The very purpose of introducing online registration facility is to minimise the trouble, time, effort and expense of the people. But in Kerala most online registrations are meant to minimise the work of the staff of the concerned departments and to help the akshaya kendras get some business. Because the candidate has to (personally or through akshaya centres) apply online as instructed and has to send all his/her original certificates with true copies attested by gazetted officers, to the pharmacy council office, after making online registration and payment. Then he/she needs to go to the pharmacy council office (pharmacy bhavan in Trivandrum) in person for the 'white coat ceremony' and to receive back all the documents sent through post and the certificate of registration and ID card.


List Of things To Be kept ready for online registration:

 

1. Scanned (digital) photo of applicant in jpg/jpeg/png format. [Maximum size:      30 Kb, Image Dimension : 150W px X 200H px]

2. Scanned (digital) signature of the candidate in jpg/jpeg/png format.                  [Maximum Size : 30Kb, Image Dimension : 150Wpx X 100H px]

3. Aadhar Card Number

4. Candidate's colour photo in Digital jpg/jpeg format. [Max size 30 kb: 150W         px X 200H px]

7. Copy of Practical Training certificate for Diploma Holders

How to Renew Kerala State Pharmacy Council Registration online? 

The online renewal process of KSPC registered pharmacists is really simple and easy. A registered pharmacist can renew his/her registration before 31st of December every year just with the click of a button.

On the top right login corner, enter your registration number as 'username' and Date of Birth in 'password' field in DDMMYYYY format (example 01011950).

All the previously registered particulars will appear there and if no alteration or changes are required, click 'Renew' button and it is renewed instantly!
