Now the Aruvikkara by election 2015 scenario is clear. As the last dates for filing and withdrawing applications are over and the scrutiny is completed , 2 ballot units are being prepared in each polling station as the total number of contesting candidates are 16 including 8 independent candidates and one NOTA (total 16+1=17) and one ballot machine can accommodate the names of only 15 candidates.
