Ecologically Fragile Areas (EFAs) also known as Eco-Sensitive Zones (ESZs) are areas notified in India by the Modi government's Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC), purported to protect areas around forests, Wildlife Sanctuaries, and National Parks.

If the rules are implemented in India, many people particularly farmers will be terribly affected especially in states like Kerala, and it will indirectly affect the whole of India!

The Catholic Church in Kerala which always stands with the poor, neglected, and hapless people, has come openly to strike in support of the farmers who may lose their agricultural lands and property as a result of this new law.

KCBC (Kerala Catholic Bishops Council) Justice, Peace, and Development Commission Chairman Bishop Mar Jose Pulickal is appealing to all the lawmakers and the political leaders of the country to strive for the revision of such laws that will affect the inhabitants of the land for many generations.

Any government elected by the people to rule them must understand and remember well that the life of people are more valuable and important than that of animals!

CASA is organizing a 'Protest meeting' in Delhi against the genocide in Nigeria!

 

CASA means Christian Association and Alliance for Social Action. It is a non-political, voluntary non-profit organization founded in India by some ardent Christians, mainly youth in Kerala state. The primary objective of CASA is to safeguard one's Christian Faith along with the interests of the motherland country! A Kochi-based zealous Christian named 'Kevin Peter' is the brain behind this vibrant organization. He is the president of CASA also known as CAASA.

Even though CASA is not officially affiliated with any Christian Churches in Kerala, as its activities are on par with the Christian Teachings and values, no Church, organization, or individual is against it as well! As Finding CASA's activities are very vital at this time for the survival of Christians in Kerala, where partiality is shown in distributing welfare schemes and maintaining law and order by the pinarayi vijayan's communist government to muslim communities, many like-minded Christians from all Christian Churches and even Hindus are joining this movement. 

The devilish atrocities and genocide repeatedly carried out on the Christians in Nigeria by muslim terrorists, are on the rise nowadays. Even recently some human-shaped devils very heinously massacred many innocent Christians during their worship in a Church. The government in Nigeria is unable to curb the criminal activities of the islamists for fear of violence. And none of the international communities like the UNO are found objecting or condemning this genocide.

The world witnessed with terror how all the islamic countries joined together without any logic recently to intimidate and threaten India with serious consequences following a citing of certain references from the quran and hadith in a TV channel debate by a BJP leader. The debate was between Nupur Sharma, a senior BJP leader and an islamist leader representing a political islam organization. As the islamist was repeatedly insulting her god Shiva, she quoted certain verses from the quran and hadees that explain the true nature of the prophet muhammad!

The arab world and all islamic countries including OIC joined together to use this 'special opportunity' to blackmail and threaten India with economic noncooperation! 

Senseful people including learned ex-muslims are asking if some comments taken from their so-called holy quran is shameful for them, and can hurt their feelings, why then are they, the muslims still believing in that religion?

To condemn strongly the genocide committed on their Christian brethren in Nigeria and to send a message of condolence to the kth and kin of the killed, the Delhi unit of CASA is arranging a protest program at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on Saturday, 2022 June 11th from 2.00 to 5.00 pm. 

All Christians and people who oppose the cruel killing of innocent Christians in Nigeria are warmly invited to attend the meeting and send a message to the world against the heinous terrorism executed by political Islamists.

Thrikkakara bypoll result a Referendum on Pinarayi's dictator rule

The uncertainty is over. The counting process of votes polled in Thrikkakara is over. And the winner in this byelection is UDF candidate Uma Tomas with a huge margin of 25112 votes, the widow of late Thrikkakara MLA P T Thomas. 

Uma's victory in Thrikkakara is not an ordinary one. It is a very glittering win. Uma Thomas broke all the records in the history of Thrikkakara Constituency elections. Until the last moment, the leaders of LDF were boasting that they will win the byelection. 

UDF candidate Uma Thomas bagged more votes than her husband in the previous elections. She scored more votes than Benny Behanan, who got the record votes in the history of the Thrikakara Assembly Constituency. 

How did UDF make a shining victory in Thrikkakara?

They say 'Success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan'. Many will come to claim the credit for Uma's victory. Let us evaluate honestly the factors that helped Uma make a landslide victory.

1. The main reason for the record victory of the UDF candidate is the aversion towards the dictatorial rule of the CPI(M) party particularly pinarayi vijayan. 

2. Pinarayi vijayan's repeated provocating challenge to the people that he will implement the silverline k-rail project even if everyone opposes it.

3. Misrule of Pinarayi's government. Wide corruption in all departments and sections. 

4. Inefficiency of the LDF government to run anything successfully and profitably.

5. And the most important factor that helped UDF candidate, Uma Thomas to get the most shining victory is the decision of Aam Admi-Twenty20 alliance (PWA) not to field any candidate or contest in this election.

As the CPI(M) leaders were repeatedly telling that this election will be a referendum on the government, the people of Kerala are demanding chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan to tender his resignation immediately and prove that he holds little stand on his word.
