If Kerala government's ambitious K FON project to provide 'free high speed internet' to the poor is set in motion in December 2020, as announced by the chief minister today, Kerala would set another record of becoming the first state in India to give free hi-speed internet to the economically backward sections of the state. By declaring internet as a fundamental right of the citizen, Kerala has set a record in the national level to become the first state in the country to do so.
