Mega Recruitment started in KITEX Apparel Park, Kakatiya Warangal Telangana
The world's largest manufacturer and exporter of Children's garments, Kitex group, has signed an MOU with the government of Telangana last week to set up a textile industry in the Kakatiya Textile Park in Warangal within two years. One of India's leading textile groups and Kerala's largest employer in the private sector, Kitex was mercilessly harassed by the ruling communist government and the opposition congress together in the past few weeks mainly for refusing to give bribes to the politicians and government employees.
The second term of Pinarayi Vijayan's government could not control the harrying of the local LDF MLA P V Srinijan who is the pet of the state's present industries minister P Rajeev. They were given unstinted support by some Congress leaders like MLA PT Thomas and MP Benny Behanan in pestering the company which adheres to global standards.
The issue and dispute between these corrupt politicians and the reputed company was witnessed not only by the people of Kerala but the whole of India and the international communities as well. That is why immediately when Kitex announced its decision to stop investing further in the state, about 9 Indian states including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana invited the garment manufacturing giant to their states with lots of offers.
When the company was thinking about where to start its first project out of Kerala, the government of Telangana took a fast step by sending a special flight with a special envoy to invite Team Kitex to that state for negotiations. Impressed by the lavish investor-friendly gesture and hospitality of the government particularly its industries minister KT Ramarao, the Kitex Group signed an MoU with the government of Telangana to start a huge textile unit in the Kakatiya Textile Park in the Warangal district.
India's one of the highly ranked investor-friendly states, the government of Telangana which is committed to increasing the state's revenue by encouraging investors has already started extending facilities to the Kitex company in jet speed.
In the initial stage, the Kitex group is planning to give employment to about 4000 persons. Hence recruitment to various posts has already begun. Those who wish to secure a decent and rewarding career with India's one of the best employers can apply for the same now and attend the interview.
Kitex is not only the largest employer in the private sector in Kerala but also the best, as the firm takes good care of its staff by providing them with free 5-star food and accommodation along with handsome salaries and all other benefits like pension, gratuity, medical, etc. as the management of this firm is very humane and generous.
