AAM AADMI Government in Delhi Proves Government for the People!

The decision by the AAM AADMI Government led by Arvind Kejriwal and TEAM in Delhi to reach the people to render many public services at the people's door-step, has added another golden feather on their cap. With the launching of his brand new reform aimed to minimize the woes of the citizens and maximize the convenience, comfort and well-being of all the people living in Delhi state, Arvind Kejriwal has once again proved that Aam Aadmi Party's primary concern is people's welfare.

Once this new amelioration is implemented in few months, the residents living in the national capital will have the rare opportunity of bringing the required government services to their door-steps instead of queuing up in front of the government offices. The government is planning to start the scheme by providing nearly 40 services in the first phase and add about 30 services every month until most of the serves are covered. The project in the initial phase will include applying for ration card, driving licence, aadhar card new and change of address, income / caste / marriage certificates, water connections etc.

As per the plan, the government is to hire an agency that can appoint employees as 'mobile sahayks' to work with government officers who will respond to the calls from the residents and fulfill their needs.

While many state governments and even the central government introduce certain new reforms that end up as chaos, this one remains as an eye-opener for any heads of governments who make self claims and dreams to be called and considered as a real hero by the people.

The agony that the people experience in most of the government offices is not a new thing. It is not an unknown matter for the rulers. Whoever goes to any government offices for any work (even a minor one) will have to give handsome bribe (mostly fixed by the authorities) and visit the office several times and greet them to get it done.

Despite numerous attempts by the powerful central BJP government (using most of its departments) to finish off the party which poses a threat to it, it is a wonder how the small party is surviving and performing well without the required amount of cooperation and support of the central government!

We wish any government or ruler all success, who works selflessly for the welfare of the people.

'Demonetisation' a demonic act against India to ruin the country?

One year has passed since the worst ever economical reform of announcing the immediate and sudden ban of high value 1000 and 500 currency notes that constituted more than 85 percent of Indian bank notes, was implemented in India by prime minister Narendra Modi on November 8th, 2016.

Ever since this action of currency banning, repeated opinions favoring the decision were published by a handful of people, either a section of leaders and sympathizers belonging to the ruling party or few billionaire celebrities and business-men for whom the favor of the powerful is a must as they possess unaccounted and disproportionate wealth and are afraid of gaining the wrath of the rulers and any immediate action by their departments.

On the other hand renowned economists of international reputation like former prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh, former Reserve bank governor Dr Raghuram Rajan, Nobel Laureate and Bharat Ratna Dr Amartya Sen and many others have categorically criticized strongly Indian demonetization and have predicted it would be a huge blow to the Indian economical growth which is being experienced now.

To understand the plight of the common man today, owing to the currency ban, one need not be a scholar. If a handful of people who are subscribed to the prime minister's mobile app supports note ban, it does not mean that it is a wise step..!

Even though many attractive reasons were furnished to justify the act, as not much intended (or projected) results were attained even after one year, it is obviously proved that this act was a historical blunder. And the funniest part is that, those who are instrumental to all the economical hardships incurred on the country and caused confusion among the people are trying to 'cover' it by wasting additional funds through print and electronic media advertisements and social media publications.

There is a saying, 'ruling a country is not a child's play'. Leaders who grab highest positions by hook or crook in a country or state must be prudent and sensible while taking any decisions and must be very very careful while trying to change something that is existing. If reforms are introduced considering the welfare of the people rather than just aiming personal and parochial agendas, automatically they will bring good name and fame to the rulers. One can see how much anxiety the world population is bearing due to the selfish stands taken by some heads of states..!

Let it be understood that 'a mistake is an opportunity to learn' and 'an error does not become a mistake until one refuses to correct it'. But a mistake becomes an unforgivable grave sin when the one who committed it tries to justify it and commits more mistakes to cover it'...!

Gujarat Assembly Election Dates Announced! Who will Win?

Amid widespread criticism on the CEC for the delay in announcing the election schedule for Gujarat, the Election Commission of India yesterday declared the eagerly awaited dates for the Elections to the 14th Gujarat state assemblies.  As Gujarat is the launch pad for the present Indian BJP's icon Prime minister Narendra Mody, and as the verdict of Gujarat polls will highly affect his future positions in the party (as the sole decision maker) and the country (as the PM), it is a do-or-die battle for him and his chief associate Amit Shah.

The voting in the 182 constituencies of Gujarat state is to be held in 2 phases on December 9 and 14th, 2017.

Schedule for the First phase:

The first phase of elections will be held to 89 constituencies is 19 districts.
Total number of voters expected to cast their votes in the first phase 2.11 crores
Notification in this regard will be issued on November - 14.
Last date for submitting nominations is November - 21
Last date for withdrawal of nominations is November - 24.
Voting will be held on December - 9th

Schedule for the 2nd phase:

The second phase of voting will be held in 93 Assembly constituencies in spread in 14 districts.
The total number of voters here are 2.21 crores.
2nd Phase Notification will be released on November - 20.
The Final date for filing nominations is - 27.
The last date for withdrawal of candidature is November - 30.
Voting process will take place on December - 14th

As most of the new controversial implementations like currency-ban, CST, high oil prices etc  introduced by the prime minister have failed miserably, the results of this elections will highly influence his image built-up by the social medias as being alleged by the opposition parties.

Gujarat state which is being ruled by the BJP for more than 16 years often claims to be the state with highest development. But many statistical reports have proved that those claims are all fake and are mere creation of media and online advertisements.

On the other hand, the Congress Party is doing its best to regain its lost power in the state. The recent victory of the Congress candidate in the Gurudaspur Parliament by-election in Punjab has given a boost to the morale of the workers and leaders of the party and its new would-be president Rahul Gandhi.

The chances of the grand alliance of all the political parties against the NDA becoming a reality is very minute, as the ruling BJP uses all the government mechanisms and investigating and enforcement agencies to give blows to such leaders and thus curb any such movements.

As the opinion polls and exit poll surveys are proven to be only manipulated things, to know the final outcome of the election results and to see who all won, we need to wait till the date of counting of votes and declaration of the results on December -18 ...!

'BOBY BAZAAR' By Boby Chemmanur International

Noted Social Worker and one of Kerala's leading and reputed Gold Business tycoons Dr Boby Chemmanur is venturing into a novel business model that is going to benefit thousands of women in particular and millions of Indian villagers in general. Boby Chemmanur International Business Group has founded a Charitable Trust to render services, as part of their social commitment and are giving free partnership opportunity to the rural women of India to become prestigious partners of this project by name 'Chemmanur Women Partners'!

As per the proposed plans of the promoters, 'Boby Chemmanur International Charitable Trust' is aiming to contribute for the 'women empowerment' by providing job for about 300000 Indian women by making them free partners of the 2900 proposed super markets to be established in the rural India titled as 'Boby Bazaar'.

As these fully loaded hypermarkets are to charge only 1% profit the people are also going to benefit greatly. They will get high quality goods for very low rates (much lesser than MRP). These department stores also extend free home delivery for the consumers. And the profit of these malls are to divided among the women partners only!

Dr Boby Chemmanur who has been doing commendable job is developing his business considerably and his enviable growth, both socially and financially has gained him many enemies who are playing ugly games to ruin his business and image. He could also conquer the hearts of the people with his liberal outlook, social obligation and various personal achievements and activities.

With the launching of the new super bazaar project, which will be a great boon to scores of rural people, many existing businessmen who have been plundering the pockets of the helpless men may be affected, and there are possibilities for them also  to join the enemy gang. But any act or deed that is initiated with a good motive cannot be destroyed even though they may try to create troubles and issues..!

Let this noble undertaking be a great success and serve as an eye-opener to the wealthy and affluent to take a look around them and to give back to the society what they can...!

Vengara by-election 2017. List of Candidates: The winner is...

As the countdown for the Vengara by elections scheduled  to be held on October 11 is nearing, all the parties concerned are holding hectic electioneering and making special strategies, as the political scene this time is bit different from the earlier ones. Vengara Assembly Constituency in Malappuram District of Kerala used to be one of the surest forts of Indian Union Muslim League which is the strongest part of the UDF. But this time as there is a rebel candidate for the IUML who claims to be capable of dividing the voter bank and defeating the official candidate.

The Final List of Contestants after the last date of withdrawal of Nominations:

1. K.N.A Khader (Muslim League) UDF

2. P.P. Basheer   LDF

3. K. Jayachandran  BJP

4. K.C Naseer   SDPI

5. K. Hamsa  IND

As it is a matter of prestige for the ruling LDF and the incumbent UDF to win the seat, it is the desire of the BJP also to increase their vote share to  understand the graph of their growth in Kerala.

Muslim League is also little worried of the rebels who dared to raise their voice against the leadership in choosing the candidate. If they happen to lose in Vengara, it will be too much for them and the UDF to bear!

The ultimate winner will be decided on the day of the counting of votes. Until the voting is completed anything can happen..!

Who will be the next (14th) President of India? Kovind or Meira

The final scenario is clear for the elections to the top most post in the Indian Republic. The electoral college is gearing up for the voting of the 14th President of India. BJP's so called election-winning brains Prime minister Modi and party president Amit Shah have hurriedly decided and declared Ram nath Kovind who was earlier the Dalit Morcha president as NDA's presidential candidate in order to shut the mouths of the disgruntled allies like Shiv sena and the anti-modi faction within the BJP who were working to field senior and accepted leader Advani.

On the other side, to counter the BJP's dalit political card, 17 opposition parties under the leadership of Congress (I), CPI(M) and Trinamool Congress etc decided to field former Lok sabha speaker Meira Kumar as the opposition's presidential candidate. Even though Meira Kumar is more capable and popular than Kovind and she is the daughter of a great dalit leader, Even though Kovind appears to have an edge in the electoral college as of now, considering many facts beyond politics, Meira Kumar is also expected to give a tough fight.

The sudden selection and announcement of Kovind as their candidate by BJP leadership was a big surprise for the opposition parties who were being contacted by them for finding a common candidate in consensus who is accepted by one and all. It was not surprising to see many political parties and their corrupt heads like TDP's Chandra Babu Naidu, TRS's Chandrasekhar Rao, YSRCP's Jagan Mohan Reddy, AIADMK's Edappadi Palanisami etc who are all involved in many charges and fear the wrath of p m modi and his 'own' government. The country and the whole world is witnessing how the rulers of the country are laying traps and nooses for all those who oppose, criticise or raise voice against their hidden agendas. So all the leaders and people who have something to fear should support any move taken by these powerful persons.

But it was quite surprising for all concerned the way in which Bihar CM Nitish Kumar offering his party's support for NDA's Rashtrapati candidate without holding any dialogues with the other opposition parties or his allies. Nitish Kumar's move is very surprising because he is the one who pitched the suggestion of fielding a suitable candidate by the 'grand alliance' opposition parties. It is more surprising to know that he is not heeding to the plea of his 'brother' Lalu Prasad Yadav to reconsider his decision and extend support to the opposition's common candidate. This decision of Nitish has made people guessing why he is very stubborn in his announcement. Is he too have a noose around his neck or is he expecting something...?

As historical blunders are being committed by people in many parts of the world in the recent times, even India cannot expect something different. Lets wait till July 17th and watch for the outcome...!

UDF Landslide Victory in Malappuram Bypoll. Candidates and Votes

In Malappuram Lok Sabha Parliament By-election, the IUML candidate of the UDF, P K Kunhalikkutty secured a stunning and remarkable victory.

The victory of UDF's Muslim League Candidate in Malappuram Parliamentary constituency by-election held on 12th April, 2017 was expected and predicted in another post in this http://popular-opinion.blogspot.in/ blog. It is proved 100% correct. PK Kunjalikkutty defeated his nearest rival M B Faizel of LDF and secured an overwhelming majority of 1,71,078...!

This stunning result of UDF is a direct and clear indication to the Pinarayi's dictator rule in the state as already announced by the CPI(M) leadership. Had the LDF government in the state been pro-poor and people friendly, even if the UDF secured a victory in Malappuram Loksabha by-election, the margin would not have been this much huge, despite some Muslim parties extending their open support for LDF before the elections.

Now as the message of the people of Kerala is clear, the only alternative left with the CPI(M) is to replace Pinarayi Vijayan with V S Achuthanadandan or some other capable and corrupt-free leaders form the LDF and make him as the Chief Minister of Kerala. This may help to heal the wounds caused in the minds of people who trusted Pinarayi Vijayan and were terribly dismayed.

If Pinarayi Vijayan truly considers the party interests more than his personal interests, he should volunteer to quit the CM's office taking into consideration the feeling of the people of Kerala through this Malappuram verdict. If he justifies himself and tries to cling on his position, it will only help to distance many activists and sympathizers from the LDF. Those leaders who act as 'spoons' of Pinarayi like Kodiyeri Balakrishanan, M M Mani, G Sudhakaran, K K Sailaja are only increasing the damage being caused by the government by their blind flattering.

Below is the Final Results / List of the Malappuram Loksabha By-poll, 2017.

Candidate Name:         Votes bagged:  Margin:   Percentage

1.  P K KUnhalikutty (UDF)    5,15,330      1,71,028   55.04%

2.  M B Faisal           (LDF)     3,44,307                      36.77%

3.  Sree Prakash      (NDA)       65,675                       07.01%

4.  NOTA                                   4,098
